The Saturday Evening Post (1946-48)

During 1946 to 1948, roughly half of Teague’s assignments from The Post were westerns.  Other than Fiddlefoot, noteworthy western illustrations by Teague during this period include Bangor Man, The Cowboy Quoted Keats, The Return Of Teton Jack, and The Fugitive.  A good sample of Teague’s output for The Post from this period appears below.  Story text is omitted for a cleaner presentation.
