The Saturday Evening Post (1940-42)

During the period 1940 to 1942, Teague illustrated about 6 stories per year for The Post.  Teague illustrated 3 serials for The Post during this period – Sailor Take Warning, Trouble Is My Master, and Gaunt Woman.  He also gained his first (arguably) western-themed assignment since his return to The Post – Horses At Broken Bow.  Below is a good sample of his work during the period.  Story text has been omitted for a cleaner presentation.
