Liberty Magazine (1924-28)

Between 1924 and 1928, Teague illustrated 13 stories for Liberty Magazine.  Liberty, a national weekly features and fiction magazine, was published between 1924 and 1950.  At one point, its circulation was exceeded only by The Saturday Evening Post.  The magazine attracted outstanding cover artists, writers and illustrators.  Below is a representative sample of Teague’s work for Liberty.  Story text has been omitted for a cleaner presentation.
